Need to Book Your Own Hotel?

While TTW is always happy to help book any and all of your travel plans, there may be times when you want to book a hotel stay outside of our office hours. The Virtuoso Hotel Booking Engine gives you direct access to our rates including our Virtuoso amenities. See below for instructions on how to use the tool.

Step 1: Create Account

In order to book using the Hotel Booking Tool, you first need to make an account. This process will only take a minute! Click here to get started.

Step 2: Discover + Book

Search for a hotel by name or by destination. Enter your dates and number of travelers, then click “search.”

Once you choose the hotel, the room category and the corresponding rate, you’ll be asked to accept “Tami Teaford-Williams” as your Advisor before proceeding to the next page to enter your booking info + credit card details.

Step 3: TTW Details

After completing your Virtuoso hotel booking, TTW will be in touch to finalize the details regarding your stay!

TTW Tips

  • If rates are not displayed, it means that that specific hotel does not participate in this program. We recommend you contact us to inquire about booking that specific hotel.

  • The Booking Tool only allows you to book Virtuoso-member hotels. Please contact us to book non-Virtuoso member hotels.

  • If there are details you want to confirm, including room placement, bed type, etc. we recommend contacting us to ensure these items can be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • This tool is perfect for booking a single hotel, but if you need a full trip planned, please contact us.
